IT Performance is proudly kiwi owned and operated.
It was formed in 2015 as we saw that there was a need in the New Zealand Market for a company to provide solid IT solutions for small to mid sized companies.We were seeing first hand that other companies were providing services which were aimed at larger companies and their invoices were completely unreasonable. The other issue was there was little, if any, personal service or consultation which should be a business staple.
From the outset we knew that would be the difference between us and the rest, we would invest quality time with each of our customers and get to know them before we put anything in place. We would then tailor solutions that matched the size and direction of the company and ensure that what we charged was reasonable and meets expectations.
Our team maintain a friendly down to earth approach with all our customer contact. We have spent a lot of time perfecting both our customer excellence and our skills in all aspects of IT so that we can provide the best possible service to all of our customers.
